Dr. Soumya Banerjee PhD
Soumya holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Miami University USA and has over a decade of research experience in motor biology, aging, and translational health science at both Columbia University USA and EPFL Switzerland. Before founding Juvion, he led pioneering research uncovering how age-related loss of neuron-muscle communication drives mobility decline—a mechanism largely overlooked in current health solutions. At Juvion, he is committed to transforming these scientific discoveries into impactful, accessible therapeutics and building strategic partnerships to advance the goal of healthy aging globally.

Prof. Brian D. McCabe PhD
Brian is the current Director of the EPFL Brain Mind Institute and the Principal Investigator of the Laboratory of Neural Genetics and Disease at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to joining EPFL, he received a PhD from the University of Cambridge, England, completed postdoctoral research at the University of California Berkeley, USA, and was a faculty member at Columbia University Medical School, USA. His laboratory investigates motor system function, aging, and neurodegenerative disorders.
